The Mystic Staff is a low-tier mage weapon obtainable in a few ways. It has reasonable attack speed, and can be paired with a shield or off-hand. It makes a great weapon for early game players to use to increase their DPS.
It can be upgraded into a Universo Staff through the Item Upgrader.
